We're always sad to say goodbye to a Lingumi family 😩  but for some families, Lingumi just isn't right. Whether your child is too old, too young, or you're simply too busy, we want to make it easy for you to cancel your membership, avoid making unwanted payments, and leave us feeling happy.

So, here's how to cancel! Some cancellations are done by you, and some are done by us manually, depending on where you signed up. Please allow 24 hours for all cancellations. 

If you bought your subscription on our website
Simply write us an email to [email protected], stating that you'd like to cancel and, if possible, why you are cancelling (we love feedback!). We will process the cancellation for you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. 

If you bought your subscription in the Apple App Store or Play Store
You can manage your subscription without contacting us. Cancel Apple subscriptions by following this process and the link for cancelling Google Play subscriptions is here.
