The Lingumi app works on thousands of smartphones and tablets, but not all of them. Below, you can find out if your smartphone or tablet is compatible.
💡 Tip: you can use your account on several devices, and switching is easy - just log in with the same account, and 'synchronise' to update your child's progress. Find out how here.
Families with Android devices
The Lingumi app supports thousands of Android devices, but it requires Android version 7.0 or higher. If the app is not working, or cannot be downloaded on your device, please check the Android version (available in the device settings). If it is higher than 7.0, please contact us on [email protected] and we'll assist you as quickly as we can.
Families with Amazon devices (eg Fire Tab)
Currently, our app is not available through the Amazon App Store. Please try downloading it on another device, for example an Android or iOS smartphone. We are working on making the app available in the Amazon app store, but do not yet have a fixed date ☹️
Families with iOS devices
The Lingumi app supports almost all iOS devices, but it requires iOS version 13 or higher
The app works on all iPads and iPhones except the oldest generation, a.k.a iPad 1 or iPhone 1.
If you cannot download the app on your iOS device:
Check which version of iOS you have.
You might be in a country where our app is not available, or be logged into an App Store from one of these countries. If this happens, contact us on [email protected] and we'll assist you in downloading the app
