Changing your Lingumi password is easiest to do inside our app.
Open the app
Click 'Sign in'
Fill in your account email address, but not your password
Under the 'Submit' button, click the small link that says 'Forgot your password?'
An email will be sent to your email inbox
Follow the link in the email to create a new password
What if no email arrived?
If no email arrives, there are two things to check:
Did the email go to your spam inbox? Check your spam folder to make sure
Is the email address definitely right? Check the inbox for other emails received from Lingumi. If there aren't any, did you register with a different address?
