My app is not loading the lessons

Lingumi is always working towards a flawless app but sometimes a bug might come around and we are very sorry if you are facing this kind of problem.

There are a few things you can check on your own device to make sure this problem is not related to our system.

1. Check if your app is updated to the latest version. To do that, you can simply delete the app and redownload it. The Lingumi app should be now updated.

2. Internet connection! Sometimes the problem can be as simple as a bad internet connection. Reset your wifi or mobile data.

3. What kind of device are you using? Our app can only be used on Android and Apple mobile devices. The operating system of your device should be iOS13, Android 6.0 or above. Please make sure your operating system is up to date.

After checking all that and you are still facing problems with the app, please contact us at [email protected]. Specify the issue you are having and if you can, send us a screenshot or video, that way we will be able to understand the problem even better.
